Dartmouth Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse in New Hampshire to provide evidence-based patient care as an autonomous nursing professional. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, day shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with NH eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Utilizes critical thinking to anticipate changes in patient status and adjust the plan of care.
• Advocates for patients and upholds autonomy in decision-making and informed consent.
• Mentors colleagues and participates in governance of practice.
• Precepts students and other care team members; performs other duties as required.
