Dartmouth Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse in New Hampshire to provide autonomous, evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited nursing program, with NH RN eligibility, BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire. BSN is preferred, with a rotating shift and partial/full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Recognizes changes in patient status and takes action to modify the plan or escalate to the care team.
• Upholds the ANA Code of Ethics to advocate for patients and support autonomy in decision-making.
• Seeks feedback and acts to improve performance.
• Engages in governance of practice.
• Mentors colleagues to advance nursing practice.
