Qualifications

• Licensed RN in PA or NJ; current license to practice.
• 3 years as an RN in an acute care setting.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of patient-centered care and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and resources to the patient care team.
• Evaluate patient needs and make care recommendations.
• Monitor staffing and ensure adequate coverage for shifts.
