Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care in a leukemia/lymphoma unit, managing moderate to high-acuity cases including chemotherapy, stem cell transplants, and post-treatment complications.

You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care within a Magnet-recognized hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; RN licensure required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and attentively in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient- and family-centered care, ensuring safety and quality.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and home care.
