Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care in a 32-bed leukemia/lymphoma unit, focusing on chemotherapy, symptom management, immunosuppression, and clinical trials.

You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while promoting patient- and family-centered care, safety, and regulatory compliance. BSN or ADN accepted; RN license required; 2 years of oncology experience desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration.

• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
• Maintain communication across care continuum to ensure seamless patient care.
