Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Educates and assesses learning needs of patients and families.
• Evaluates and plans care with interdisciplinary team to meet patient outcomes.
• Delivers nursing care using established standards and procedures.
• Leads and collaborates to promote safe, cost-effective care and unit goals.
• Assesses patient data to determine priorities and discharge needs.
• Plans care with patient/family and uses multidisciplinary resources.
• Engages in ongoing learning and evidence-based practice.
