Job summary

Qualifications
- Two years of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Current California RN license.
- All external candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a plan of care.
- Monitor patient outcomes, adjust plans, and prepare for discharge as needed.
- Serve as a role model and mentor to students and new nurses on the unit.
