Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Registered Nurse licensed in NH.
• Minimum of two years progressive clinical experience in the specialty, teaching/learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit-based orientation for new hires.
• Facilitate unit-based preceptor development.
• Assess needs and design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate educational activities for staff competency.
• Review and revise unit-specific competencies with leadership and Clinical Development Department.
• Maintain professional skills through practice and education.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve care delivery.
• Assist the Unit Based Practice Committee and ensure compliance of education requirements.
