Qualifications

• RN license in Texas or compact state where allowed.
• Minimum 1 year perioperative or inpatient experience.
• 1 year in clinical education, staff development, orientation, or student coordination.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding education, annual training, and competency validation for staff.
• Organize life support courses (BLS, PALS, ACLS) and manage records.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs.
• Identify learning needs, set measurable objectives, and track outcomes.
