Job summary

Maria Parham Health seeks an Educator (RN) to lead clinical education and training across shifts. The role includes onboarding contract nurses, teaching BLS/ACLS/PALS, and implementing new equipment and competencies.

You will develop education programs and collaborate with quality and patient safety teams to improve outcomes. Requires BSN, RN license, 3–5 years clinical experience, and experience in adult education; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; master's preferred.
• Active RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS instructor credentials preferred or to be obtained.
• 3–5 years of recent clinical experience and experience in adult education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for staff and students.
• Train and assess competencies in BLS, ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care.
• Coordinate orientation for new hires and contract nurses; manage education records.
