Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience.
• Current Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification desired; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs for nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient/family care as needed and act as a change agent.
• Coach, mentor, and lead professional development initiatives.
• Engage in research and performance improvement activities.
