Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA seeks an Advanced Clinical Nurse Educator to design, implement, and evaluate education programs for the Oncology unit and broader nursing staff. You will align offerings with learning theories and drive outcomes through teaching, mentoring, and policy recommendations.

The role may include direct patient/family care, consultation, research, and performance improvement, with leadership development and collaboration across the Grady team to enhance care quality

Competenze

• A minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Certified AHA ECC Instructor - BLS (required within 6 months of hire) ACLS and /or PALS (desired).
• Oncology experience preferred
• Masters degree required.

Mansioni

• Design, manage, and evaluate education programs for Grady's nursing staff.
• Develop goals and objectives and recommend policies for educational programs.
• Provide direct patient/family care, teaching, coaching, and mentoring when appropriate.
• Lead research, performance improvement, and professional development initiatives across units.
