Grady Health System seeks an Advanced Clinical Nurse Educator to design, manage and evaluate education programs, aligning goals with learning theories and driving outcomes across the organization.

The role may include direct patient/family care, consultation, teaching and mentoring, research, performance improvement, and leadership development. Georgia RN license and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS are desirable and should be pursued within six months.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Certified AHA ECC Instructor - BLS (required within 6 months of hire) ACLS and/or PALS (desired).

Responsabilités

• Create, manage and evaluate education/training programs and services.
• Develop goals and objectives for education initiatives.
• Recommend policies related to education and training.
• Evaluate program outcomes and effectiveness.
• Direct patient/family care, consultation, teaching/mentoring, research, and leadership development as part of role.
