Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; Associate's degree in nursing required.
• 2 years of operating room nursing experience required.
• Georgia RN licensure and/or multi-state licensure (NLC/eNCL) required.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education, direct care, and consultation for patients and surgical services staff.
• Promote quality through clinical expertise and act as a change agent.
• Communicate patient care and staffing needs to leaders as required.
