Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates of a nursing program eligible.
• Current Georgia RN or NLC/eNLC multistate license; BLS required.
• Advanced certification in specialty preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred; hospital experience desired.

Responsibilities

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
• Maintains standards of practice and coordinates patient care activities of assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
