Mount Auburn Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Nurse Educator for invasive and ambulatory procedural areas. The role provides education across the continuum of care, supports nursing leadership, and drives staff competency, orientation, and ongoing professional development.

The Educator collaborates to implement education programs, participate in quality initiatives, and lead change in practices to improve patient outcomes within the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing; Master’s preferred
• Active RN license in MA
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• ACLS/BLS preferred

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates clinical expertise across specialty area
• Maintains sound judgment and leadership during emergencies
• Serves as educator of clinical practice and staff development
• Participates in staff assignments aligned with learning needs and competency
• Assists with staff orientation and new grad residency programs
• Develops and evaluates orientation, in-services and continuing education programs
• Collaborates with leadership to implement new procedures and policies
• Monitors quality data to support performance improvement initiatives
