Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC, in partnership with a top-ranked surgical unit, seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator to support the ENT/plastic reconstructive division, focusing on staff education, professional development, and patient outcome optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred.
• RN license required.
• 2-5 years nursing experience; 5-10 years for advanced roles.
• Strong collaboration, assessment and educational planning skills.
• Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate to develop and deliver clinical training and continuing education.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Identify educational needs with leadership and tailor education plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
