BJC HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to support the ENT/plastic reconstructive division at BJH, a leading surgical unit. The role focuses on creating and implementing staff education and development programs to optimize patient outcomes.

On-site position, Monday–Friday, BSN required, RN licensed, with 2–5 years of experience. Preferred Master’s in Nursing and 5–10 years experience for advanced responsibilities within a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• 2–5 years of education experience in nursing.
• Master's degree preferred for higher responsibility.
