Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to lead staff education for the ENT/plastic reconstructive division of a 19-bed surgical unit, consistently ranked among the nation’s best by U.S. News & World Report.

The role is on site with a Monday–Friday schedule; BSN is required and RN licensure is expected. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing and 5–10 years of experience, with Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates educational activities for clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Collaborates with staff and external organizations to develop and evaluate training and professional development.

• Collaborates with leadership to identify educational needs and develop education plans.
• Engages in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
