Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field is required.
• 2-5 years of experience in education/training or related field.
• RN licensure required.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years experience plus BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement staff education and professional development activities to improve patient outcomes.
• Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to develop, present, and evaluate training, continuing education, and professional growth opportunities.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives and assess staff educational needs.
• Promote ongoing professional development and lifelong learning among staff.
