Job summary

Providence Health and Services is seeking a Clinical Educator RN for Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington. You will build and sustain education programs across ambulatory clinics, designing courses and modules to ensure caregivers are confident and up-to-date with best practices and regulatory standards.

With 3+ years in clinical education, a BSN, and active WA RN license, you’ll join a team dedicated to patient-centered care and professional development, in an on-site, full-time role

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with minimum of 3 years experience or professional level equivalent.
• Washington RN License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 3 years’ experience in clinical education in healthcare or direct nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain clinical education programs for ambulatory clinics.
• Design instructor-led courses and e-learning modules; assess learning outcomes.
• Establish best practice standards in alignment with nursing standards and regulations.
