Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Clinical Educator RN to build competency across ambulatory clinics. You will design and sustain education programs, create instructor-led courses and e-learning, and align with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a BSN and at least 3 years in clinical education or direct nursing care, with a preference for a Master's in Nursing, Education, or Business/Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with minimum of 3 years experience or professional level of knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain clinical education programs and training initiatives.
• Design instructor-led courses and e-learning modules.
• Conduct learning assessments and establish best practice standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Washington Registered Nurse License

Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Education, or Business/Health
