Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
• Washington RN license.
• 3 years' experience in clinical education in healthcare.
• Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Education, or Business/Health.
• Teaching degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years ambulatory care/medical group practice setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain clinical education programs and training initiatives across ambulatory clinics.
• Design instructor-led courses and e-learning modules.
• Conduct learning assessments and establish best-practice standards.
• Ensure alignment with ambulatory care policies, nursing standards, and regulations.
