Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Educator RN to develop, implement, and sustain education programs across ambulatory clinics in Northwest Washington. You will design instructor-led courses, build e-learning modules, and assess learning to ensure nurses and caregivers are confident and capable in delivering high-quality care.

Direct nursing care experience and strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with minimum of 3 years experience or Professional level of knowledge equivalent to that acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years' experience in clinical education in healthcare setting and/or direct nursing care experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain clinical education programs across ambulatory clinics.
• Design instructor-led courses and e-learning modules.
• Conduct learning assessments and establish best practice standards.
• Ensure compliance with ambulatory care policies and nursing standards.
