Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field required and 4+ years of inpatient/clinical experience.
• RN license (Oregon) required at hire and Basic Life Support at hire.
• Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver education programs for nursing staff.
• Design curricula and competency validation plans.
• Monitor and improve education programs to align with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders and stakeholders to meet clinical needs.
• Provide coaching and support to staff to close competency gaps.
• Assess and report on education outcomes and impact.
