Job summary

St. David’s HealthCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Special Procedures in Austin, TX. You will coordinate nursing care during shifts, monitor patient care, and serve as a resource for staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Collaborating with the management team, you’ll influence patient care decisions and participate in hospital councils and nursing initiatives to advance the profession and patient experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of start date.
• RN license (Registered Nurse) must be current.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care on the unit during the assigned shift.
• Direct, monitor and evaluate nursing care per established policies.
• Serve as a resource for staff and align with the organization’s vision and values.
