Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care on the PCU. You will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, support admissions and discharges, and partner with leadership to drive outcomes and service excellence.

The role includes coaching staff, improving engagement, and assisting with scheduling to ensure smooth operations in a busy unit.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, and NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize and deliver patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject-matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
