Job summary

CarePartners is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit activities during the shift. You will lead nursing staff, monitor outcomes, and serve as a resource to the team in support of our mission and values.

Responsibilities include coordinating admissions and discharges, scheduling, staff development, and ensuring inventory control and patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN with active nursing license
• BCLS (CPR) certification within 15 days of start date
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Assists with staff scheduling and productivity guidelines.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, training, and staff development.
• Manages inventory control and supplies.
• Supports nursing strategies and staff engagement initiatives.
