Qualifications

• BSN or higher with RN licensure in good standing.
• Experience coordinating care in high-acuity medical units.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Coordinate patient care and safe transitions of care for high-acuity patients.
• Schedule staff and provide mentoring and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Monitor quality and patient safety metrics and participate in process improvement.
• Support education, onboarding, and staff development.
• Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
