Job summary

St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions.

Working with the management team, CNC monitors nursing care and serves as a resource for staff, supporting an unparalleled patient experience. The role focuses on coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, guiding admission/discharge, and driving outcomes by coaching staff and partnering with leadership.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) required.
• ACLS within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
