HCA Florida Ocala Hospital in Florida seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Neuro PCU to lead nursing care coordination and drive patient-centered outcomes. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support the staff through coaching and staff scheduling.

The role requires RN licensure in Florida or a valid compact license with relocation timing, and a focus on improving patient outcomes while aligning with hospital policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
