Job summary

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Neuro PCU to lead and coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care on the Neuro PCU. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care, support staff, and drive initiatives across the unit.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, coaching and training, and involvement in hospital councils and nursing initiatives, with a focus on exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• No Travel Required

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
