Methodist Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Labor and Delivery to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions during shifts. The CNC collaborates with the management team, directs nursing care, and models outcomes to improve departmental performance.

Required qualifications include RN licensure, 2 years of RN acute care experience, and certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP) with eligible timeframes. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes of employment
• RN license is required to practice
• Two years of RN acute care experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on the labor and delivery unit during the shift
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with policies/procedures
• Serve as a resource person for staff and contribute to departmental performance
