Responsibilities

Supervise personnel providing direct patient care and delegate activities per policies.
Perform Nurse Leader Rounding.
Participate in interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
Recommend and implement actions for training, development, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Assist with staff scheduling and time/attendance administration.
