Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Interventional Radiology to lead nursing staff in a busy IR unit. The role is full time with exempt status and may require on-call rotation within a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will guide clinical care, ensure adherence to safety and protocols, and manage staff assignments and bed scheduling to support patient flow and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• IL RN License is required for this role.
• BSN or MSN preferred in Nursing or Health Care Administration.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS from American Heart Association are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care
• Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases
• Lead daily huddle
• Rotates into patient care as needed
• Manage staff schedules

Education

RN License (IL)

BSN or MSN preferred

ACLS/BLS/CPR (AHA) required

$45.21 - $70.08 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will need

• Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred
