Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Interventional Radiology in Chicago, IL. The role is full-time, exempt, with hours Monday–Friday and potential on-call rotations.

You will provide clinical leadership, ensure protocol compliance, and coordinate staffing and bed placement to support efficient patient flow. The position requires an IL RN license; BSN/MSN preferred; BLS/CPR and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• IL RN license required.
• BSN or MSN in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care.
• Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms and coordinate bed transfers.

$45.21 - $70.08 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Full Time/Part Time: Full time, exempt
• Hours: Monday-Friday-may rotate into on-call

What you will do:

• Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care
• Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases
• Lead daily huddle
• Rotates into patient care as needed
• Manage staff schedules

What you will need:

• IL RN License
• Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred
• BLS/CPR, ACLS from American Heart Association required
