Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Texarkana is seeking a Clinical Navigator to be the face of our facility, building referral relationships and guiding patients through rehab stays.

The role collaborates with the admissions team, nursing staff, and payer representatives; requires a health-related degree and licensure, plus at least two years of field experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required. Prior marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates referral relationships and manages assigned territory.
• Completes patient assessments and makes sales contacts.
• Analyzes referral and admission data with the team.
• Collaborates with admissions, nursing staff, and payers to improve satisfaction.
• Maintains excellent relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers and payer representatives.

Education
