Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a qualified individual to support preadmission assessments and coordinate referrals within a hospital setting. The role works under the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Integration, collaborating with the admissions and nursing teams to ensure smooth referral conversion.

Ideal candidates will hold a health-related degree and licensure in a clinical field, with marketing or LTACH experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: health-related degree preferred.
• Current licensure in nursing, respiratory, physical, occupational, or speech therapy required.
• Two years of marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient preadmission assessments and updates.
• Collaborate with Admissions Manager, admissions staff, nursing, and external teams to facilitate referrals.
• Support business development efforts and referral conversion.
