Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas seeks a healthcare business development professional to oversee referral relationships within an assigned territory. Under the Director of Business Development, you will drive patient referrals, coordinate with admissions staff, and monitor data to improve referral and admission processes.

You will cultivate relationships with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and payer representatives; provide feedback for quality improvement; and help convert referrals into admissions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Current licensure in nursing or related therapy field is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in the designated field.
• Rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience preferred.

Requirements

• Degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university preferred
• Current licensure in nursing, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy is required
• Minimum of two years' experience in the designated field of license
• Rehabilitation/LTACH and marketing experience preferred
