Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Human Services or Social Services.
• 3-5 years of manager experience.
• 5-10 years of related work experience preferred.
• Licensed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and direct the clinical operation of the milieu department including budgeting, fiscal management, program operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Direct patient care activities in accordance with standards of care, mental health practice and facility policy, goals and objectives.
• Contribute to the hospital’s philosophy, objectives, educational and quality improvement efforts, while guiding MHTs & Milieu Managers.
• Lead and own every aspect of service delivery and fiscal operation of the center.
