Responsibilities

• Process specimens and perform infectious disease testing independently and promptly.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance on specialized equipment.
• Apply laboratory medicine concepts to verify result accuracy and equipment performance.
• Uphold quality control and quality assurance standards per regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a resource for peers and customers, supporting teamwork.
• Assist in orientation, training, and competency documentation of staff.
