The incumbent will perform quality control, IQCP monitors, and maintenance, with potential support for additional duties as directed by supervising technologists.

Qualifications

• BS degree in clinical laboratory science or microbiology.
• Experience or willingness to work rotating weekends.
• New grads welcome; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerobic, anaerobic, and fungal/yeast cultures.
• ID and AST on Vitek 2 Compact; molecular analysis with GeneXpert and BioFire.
• Quality control, IQCP monitoring, function checks and maintenance; assist supervising staff.
