Job summary

The Family Institute at Northwestern University seeks core faculty for its COAMFTE-accredited MSMFT program housed within CAPFS at Northwestern University. Faculty will balance teaching, supervision, and governance responsibilities with a clinical caseload under yearly contract renegotiation.

Responsibilities include course delivery, advising, supervision of AAMFT Supervisor candidates, and participation in admissions, program development, and scholarly activities in a dynamic, inclusive

Qualifications

Hold a current LMFT license or be license-eligible in Illinois.
Experience teaching graduate-level MFT courses.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver an outcome-based education framework with measurable student learning outcomes.
Assess academic and professional competencies using data to drive program improvements.
Serve on core faculty governing bodies and attend meetings and admissions reviews.
Provide academic advising to MSMFT graduate students through training.
Teach courses on-ground and online, including support for online MSMFT programs.
