Allegheny Health Network seeks a Medical Physicist to oversee all clinical aspects of medical physics in the Department of Radiation Oncology. Under supervision, you will audit charts, perform QA/QC on radiation devices, and support research while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires a CAMPEP-accredited master’s degree and CAMPEP residency or ABR mentorship. Preference for publications.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Physics or related field from a CAMPEP-accredited program
• Completion of CAMPEP-accredited Medical Physics Residency or ABR-structured mentorship

Mansioni

• Audits and reviews patient medical charts and supports clinical operations.
• Performs QA/QC evaluations on radiation-producing machines.
• Assists with clinical research and development projects as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and standards.
• Provides guidance to dosimetry and therapy staff and consults with attending physicians.
