Job summary

CALRegional is seeking a part-time Clinical Medical Assistant Skills Assistant to support healthcare training programs in Madera, CA. You will assist with labs and student learning under the lead instructor, following an established course outline.

Requirements include 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, familiarity with A&P and medical terminology, and strong computer skills. Schedule is Tue & Thu 9:00 am–1:00 pm; pay ranges from $20–$25 hourly with potential bonuses and growth

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a directly related field.
• Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math.
• Front office experience.
• Back office procedures such as EKG, vitals, injections, and bandaging experience.
• No teaching experience required.
• Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
• Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards.
• Comfortable with computers and technology.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Current CPR certification.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Clinical Medical Assistant Skills Assistant to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! The Clinical Medical Assistant Programs run for 8-10 weeks.

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday; 9:00 am- 1:00 pm

Location: Madera, CA

Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid student learning through exemplary instruction by following an established course outline.
