Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a dependable Clinical Medical Assistant to support patient evaluations and keep clinic operations running smoothly. You will assist providers, prepare patients for exams, and help maintain accurate medical records in a full-time, on-site role in Philadelphia.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM–6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays as needed. Starting pay is $18.50/hour, plus generous PTO, 401(k) with company contribution, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; MA training a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Organized, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, including vitals and intake documentation.
• Assist providers throughout the evaluation process.
• Conduct blood draws, EKGs, and routine screenings.
• Keep exam rooms organized, clean, and stocked.

Work Hours

• Full-time schedule within 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM range
