Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to support structured clinic evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This full-time role involves assisting providers, taking vital signs, and maintaining exam readiness, with no on-call requirements and occasional travel to the Bronx.

Shifts run 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with some Saturdays; benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior clinical experience required; MA certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during evaluation appointments.
• Capture vital signs and patient histories.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic clinical procedures.
• Maintain exam room readiness and supply levels.
• Support accurate documentation and patient flow.
