Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a dependable Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to support patient evaluations in Buffalo, NY. You’ll help with exam preparation, vitals, and documentation to aid providers in delivering high-quality care.

This full-time role features a 7:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule with rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $18.50/hour, plus generous PTO, 401(k) with company contribution, and health coverage. No after-hours or on-call work.

Qualifications

• Hs diploma or GED is required.
• MA training is a plus.
• Experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, including vitals and intake documentation.
• Assist providers throughout the evaluation process.
• Conduct blood draws, EKGs, and routine screenings.
• Keep exam rooms organized, clean, and stocked.
• Help maintain accurate medical records.

Work Hours
