Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and drive high-quality patient evaluations. This role blends hands-on clinical care with leadership, organization, and daily team support in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Salary includes $19/hour starting pay with full benefits. Schedule spans 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with no on-call requirements and a focus on delivering compassionate patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MA program completion preferred.
• CMA certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare professionals during patient assessments and medical evaluations.
• Prepare patients by obtaining vital signs and medical histories.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other clinical testing.
• Help coordinate daily clinical operations and support the medical team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Manage medical supplies and equipment.
• Provide a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient.
