Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and process referrals and authorizations.
• Perform pre-visit planning by reviewing patient records and updating EMR.
• Administer vaccines and perform point-of-care testing.
• Record and verify patient demographics, insurance, billing codes, and medical histories.
• Support patient financial processes by collecting co-payments and self-payments at time of service.
• Maintain clinic workflow, equipment, and supply inventories; ensure infection-control standards.
